Because I told myself I'll make a year-long project documenting my 2012. A video for the first month would be great, right? Here's how my first 31 days went by, more or less:

Title says it all - JaNEWary's all about everything "new", for the first month of the supposed apocalyptic year.

I kept on telling myself "There's just something about 2012." January proved to be full of surprises in more ways than one - and it's just the beginning of the "end".

Of a new year, a leap year at that. Of forging new ties and renewing bonds. Of going back to basics and strengthening relationships. Of losing a beacon of hope and building my own. Of newer ways in celebrating special days and of peaceful runaways to escape places. Of revisiting the past and welcoming the future.


We broke up and broke down, made up and made love.
